Molkosan Original is made from organic* Swiss milk. Fats and proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultrafiltration. The resulting whey is then lacto-fermented with an exclusive strain of lactic acid bacteria and pasteurized. Molkosan Original is obtained via a natural fermentation process.

Molkosan Original Drink
Add up to 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of Molkosan Original to a glass of spring or mineral water for a thirst-quenching drink up to 3 times a day.

Molkosan Original Smoothie
Combine 1 teaspoon (5 mL) Molkosan Original, ½ can unsweetened frozen pineapple juice, ½ cup (125 mL) unsweetened frozen fruit and 1 cup (250 mL) water in a blender. Reduce until smooth. You can adjust the amount of water to obtain a thicker or thinner drink.

Molkosan Original Herbal Tea
Prepare a cup of your favorite fruit herbal tea, add 1 tsp (5 mL) Molkosan Original and honey if desired. Enjoy hot or iced. This thirst-quenching drink is ideal after physical activity.
