Big Friends Multi-Probiotic provides 3 billion active cells per gram from seven bacterial species. Each strain is specifically cultivated to meet the needs of children and adolescents and is delivered in a ratio that helps support intestinal and gastrointestinal health. Simply sprinkle the sugar-free and gluten-free powder onto your favorite foods or mix it into beverages.

Recommended Dose:

May be mixed with water, juice, or your favorite smoothie, or sprinkled onto foods such as cereal, fruit, or yogurt, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.
