Alanine, Arginine (over 250 mg), aspartate, lysine (plus 500 mg), serine, valine, leucine, phenylalanine. Isoleucin, hydroxylysine, tyrosine, methionine, histidine, cysteine. dosage (adults - 12 years and over): Shake gently before using and refrigerating after opening. Mix 1/2 tablespoon (= 1 cap) to a tablespoon (15 ml) with half cup of water or juice (125 ml). Trinking fasting, one to twice a day, one hour before dinner or at bedtime. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 15 mL a day.
