non-medicinal ingredients: cellulose, dicalcic phosphate, l-glycine, succinic acid, sodium croscarmellosis, stearic acid (vegetal), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides). Recommended dosage: Take 1 tablet a day with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by your health professional. Perhaps used for a period limited to 3 months or according to the recommendation of your health professional. Recommended indication: To promote the training and maintenance of red blood cells.
