When you need to directly target your sore muscles, our liquid magnesium chloride is absorbed by the skin and magnesium is routed directly to the cells. This product provides sustainable relief of muscle tension, spasms and pains, and it softens the skin! Use following a workout, to relieve the tension after a long day or when symptoms of magnesium deficiency manifest themselves. Note that liquid magnesium chloride is our integral concentration product. Instructions for use:
Pour 1 oz (29.5 mL) of magnesium oil in a bath or in a foot bath. To make a sensitivity test, dilute at least half with distilled water, spray directly on the skin and massage. Fricate the diluted product in the muscles. Hot Compress: Apply liquid magnesium chloride to the painful or tense area. Wet a small towel with hot water (as hot as possible). Place the napkin on the sore region and let the heat penetrate the magnesium into the skin. Repeat when the compress is cold.Ingredients:
Each 1 ml of seawater contains 450 mg of magnesium chloride power equivalent to:120 mg.Non-medicinal ingredients:
