The Choline promotes hepatic health by allowing the liver to metabolize lipid deposits. She acts in concert with inositol to help emulsify fat and cholesterol. Necessary for the synthesis of acetylcholine which transmits influx from one nerve to another and plays a crucial role in the functions of the memory. Inositol Helps with lipid metabolism and reduces blood cholesterol. Nerve tissues contain the greatest concentrations of inositol. These high concentrations of inositol in the nervous tissues, as well as in the vital organs, report a important regulatory role. There are also large quantities in the brain, stomach, kidneys, spleen, liver and heart. However, levels decrease with age.
