The magnesium glycinate (also called magnesium bisglycinate) is a chelated magnesium shape and two glycine molecules, an amino acid, and it is fully soluble in water. Clinical studies have shown that the magnesium glycinate has a much higher bioavailability than magnesium oxide and is less likely to have a laxative effect. Delicious flavor of raspberry lemonade.

Recommended dosage:

Teenagers (9 - 18 years old):Take a tablespoon (15 mL) a day, or according to a health professional. Can be taken with water or juice. Adults:Take a tablespoon (15 ml) 1-2 times a day, or according to the opinion of a health professional. Can be taken with water or juice.

Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate) .... 2750 mg Providing 200 mg of elementary magnesium

Purified water, glycerin, concentrated apple juice, xylitol, dl-malic acid, natural lemonade flavor, natural raspberry flavor, potassium sorbate.
