Vitamin C is a powerful vitamin with anti-infective properties that plays a big role in immune function. It is very important for the formation of collagen and therefore contributes significantly to the healing of wounds, the health of the gums, the strength of bones and teeth, and the prevention of bruising.

As a powerful antioxidant, it protects water-laden areas of the body against free radicals. Because it is water-soluble, vitamin C cannot be stored by the body, hence the need for regular supplementation. Natural Factors Vitamin C Crystals provides 1,000 mg of vitamin C per ¼ teaspoonful.
