This toner is made with distilled rose water with steam and hyaluronic acid to hydrate and soothe. This toner is ideal for preparing your skin with a moisturizer. Rosewater is created by distilling rose petals with steam. The rose water is fragrant, and it is sometimes used as a soft natural scent as an alternative to chemical perfumes.
