Birch and blackcurrant are traditionally used in phytotherapy as diuretics. Senna is used as a stimulant laxative for short-term relief of occasional constipation.

Each sachet contains 370mg Betula pendula leaf (Birch); 150mg Filipendula ulmaria flowering top (Meadowsweet); 230mg Glycyrrhiza glabra root (Licorice); 300mg Ribes nigrum leaf (Blackcurrant); 450mg Senna alexandrina leaf (Senna).
