ZMA® is a patent-pending registered trademark that combines zinc, vitamin B6 and magnesium. These chelated minerals with added vitamin B6 form a synergistic combination designed to maximize absorption and promote recovery following exercise. Zinc plays a central role in regulating cell growth and tissue repair, and in maintaining a healthy immune system. Magnesium is essential for maintaining electrolyte balance, energy production and normal neuromuscular function.
