Each capsule contains:
Medicinal Ingredients:- IODE (Mix of Marine Algae) 150 mcg
- (Fucus Vesiculosus, Laminaria, Ascophyllum Nodosum)

Non-medicinal ingredients:maltodextrin (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicone dioxide, gelatin.

Recommended dosage
Adults:Take 1 capsule, one to three times a day, with meals or indications of a health practitioner.

Contraindication
Iodium or Algae Allergy, Thyroid Gland Disorder (Check your doctor), Thyroid medication, pregnant or breastfeeding women (consult your doctor). In case of high heart problem, first consult your doctor.
