The oil is tested to ensure the quantity and quality of its vitamin content A and D. An extension of cod liver oil can have positive effects on Crohn's disease, arthritis, inflammatory and respiratory diseases and skin disorders. Recommended dosage:

Adult:Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day with food. Use within 3 months of opening.
