Lactase Enzyme

Natural Factors Lactase Enzyme contains a digestive enzyme that helps support the digestion of dairy products. It converts lactose into an easily digestible form by replacing the missing lactase enzyme in the body, effectively helping relieve the unpleasant symptoms of lactose intolerance, including diarrhea, gas, and bloating. Each non-GMO and gluten-free capsule contains 9,000 FCC ALU (Acid Lactase Units) derived through natural fermentation.

Recommended dose (adults): Take 1–2 capsules, 1–3 times daily, immediately before consuming a food containing lactose, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Lactase Enzyme should be taken each time you consume a lactose-containing food, as the enzyme only acts on the food that has just been consumed. Lactase Enzyme has no lasting effect beyond the meal during which it is taken. For severe lactose intolerance or when consuming a larger amount of lactose, 2 capsules may be required, but never take more than 2 capsules at a time. For long-term use, consult a health care practitioner.
