Barley flakes are ideal for adding texture to your muffins or cookies. The flakes are stabilized by neutralizing the enzyme that triggers the rancidity. The use of flakes is ideal for: cookies and muffins . Available formats:500 g.

Cooking:

The barley flakes are prepared by simmering over low heat (8-10 min) 2 parts of water for 1 part of flakes.

Conservation:

The flakes are preserved for about 180 to 270 days. It is ideal to keep the flakes in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
