Buckwheat noodles - Gluten free - Organic

Our 100% Saracen noodles are organic, wheat and gluten free. Despite his name, the buckwheat does not contain wheat, it is rather a seed to rhubarb and sorrel. It has been proven that it is rich in protein, fiber and minerals such as magnesium. Our buckwheat flour is made from shelled buckwheat grains. The only unused portion is the outer envelope. It can be hard for the digestive system (usually used to fill pillows and mattresses). Our noodles are steamed and dried in the air to maintain purity. The organic 100% noodles are kosher, ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or wheat-sensitive people and gluten. In addition, as a low glycemic index, they work well in the Ig diet (glycemic index).
