The Tilleul is appreciated for its antispasmodic, so-called and sedative virtues from antiquity. It is known for its beneficial effects on sleep, stress and anxiety.

Recommended dosage (adult and teenager 15 years and over):

1 teaspoon, 3 times a day, in infusion. Infuse in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes, filter.

Precautions / Warnings:

Hypersensitivity and / or allergy can be manifested. If this is the case, stop using. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
