Hamamelis is traditionally used in herbal medicine as astringent to help relieve varicine symptoms such as heaviness and leg pain, swelling, heaviness and tingling legs. The juniper is traditionally used in herbal medicine as diuretic, as an antiseptic of the urinary tract to help relieve benign urinary tract infections, to help relieve digestion disorders such as flatulant dyspepsia (carminative) and to help digestion and Stimulate appetite (stomachic). Traditionally used as diuretic. Provides antioxidants that help fight / protect cells from cell damage caused by free radicals.

Medicinal Ingredients:

Each bag contains 400 mg Betula Pubescens leaf (white birch), 600 mg Hamamelis leaf Virginiana (Hamamelis), 200 mg Sabdariffa Hibiscus Sheet (Sorrel) and 300 mg Juniperus Communis Fruit (Juniper).

Recommended dosage (adult):

1 sachet (1.5 g), 2 times a day, in infusion. Infuse 1 bag in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Take a few hours before or following the taking of minerals and / or vitamin B supplements.

Duration of use:

Consult a health care practitioner if the use extends beyond 4 weeks. Diuretic:occasional use only. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
