Passiflower herbalore

Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help sleep (in cases of stirring or insomnia related to mental stress). Improvement of sleep; reduction of nervous tension, anxiety, irritability; antispasmodic; treatment of palpitations or hypertension related to emotivity; antidowers; treatment of asthma; weaning.

Recommended dosage (adult):

1 sachet (1.5 g) 3 times a day in infusion. (Infuse 1 bag in 150 ml of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes).

Medicinal Ingredient:

Each sachet contains 1.5 g of dried aerial part of Passiflora Incarnata L. (Passiflower).

Duration of use:

Consult a health care practitioner if insomnia persists beyond 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
