Sage has many medicinal properties, from regulating perspiration and menstrual cycles to relieving sore throats, gingivitis and disinfecting wounds. Used as a gargle, sage soothes sore throats and smokers' coughs. It is also used for gingivitis (sage has anti-inflammatory properties), pharyngitis, tonsillitis and mouth ulcers. Sage is recommended for depression, asthenia, dizziness and low blood pressure. It aids gastric digestion. It also helps treat vomiting, diarrhoea and abdominal pain. Sage helps regulate menstrual cycles and soothe menstrual pain. It combats hot flushes during the menopause, as well as other problems associated with this period.

DOSAGE:

1 sachet 3 times a day in infusion. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
