Holy Basil Herbal Tea

Used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress in cases of mental fatigue. Source of antioxidants.

Medicinal ingredient:

Each sachet contains 1.5 g dried leaf of Ocimum tenuiflorum L. (Holy basil).

Recommended dosage (Adult):

1 to 2 sachets 3 times a day, as an infusion. Steep in 1 cup boiling water for 10 minutes.

Precautions/Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are breastfeeding; if you are taking heart or blood pressure medications; if you suffer from a cardiovascular disorder or diabetes.

Contraindications:

Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bag is not sealed.
