Peppermint Herbal Tea

Peppermint is a very good stimulant for the body and mind. It helps fight against various nauseas and migraines. It is also used to soothe many pains and to calm itching. Traditionally used in herbal medicine to aid digestion and to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia.

Medicinal ingredient:

Each sachet contains 1.5 g dried leaves of Mentha piperita (Peppermint).

Recommended dosage (Adult):

2 sachets (3 g), 3 times a day as an infusion (Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the sachet(s) and infuse covered for 10 minutes).

Precautions/Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of children, and do not use if the bag is not sealed.
