B-Complex Energy - Orange & cream

The B-Complex Energy formula contains all of the benefits of a well-balanced vitamin B complex, specifically adapted with added Siberian Ginseng and Guarana, which are known to improve both physical and mental performance. It helps the body to metabolize nutrients (lipids, carbohydrates or proteins), and maintain optimum health.

Dosage

Children and adolescents (1 to 17 years old): Consult a health care practitioner.

Adults (18 years and older): 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day.
