lipotain ® is a formula designed to help maintain healthy blood lipids by providing 500 mg of niacin in the form of inositin hexanicotinate per serving. This unique form of sustained release niacin is formulated to be effective without the unpleasant adverse effects related to conventional niacin, such as vasomotor puffs. Lipotain also contains a standardized Guggul resin extract, designed to maintain healthy blood lipid levels, which were already in the normal range, and complement the activities of Inositol hexanicotinate. * Helps the body with lipid metaboliser.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellose, stearic acid (vegetal), magnesium stearate (vegetal), silicon dioxide, sodium croscarmellosis, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides). Recommended dosage: Adults Take 1 tablet a day with food or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose except on the advice of a doctor. Recommended Indication: Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. Precautions: Do not use in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a health professional if you have thyroid problems, coagulation disorders and / or you are at risk haemorrhagic or if you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet drug. Consult a health professional if you are taking beta blockers or calcium inhibitors. Stop use if gastrointestinal malaise, headaches and / or rash appear. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience diffuse redness of the skin generally benign and transient. Consult a health professional for use beyond 8 weeks.
