Recommended dose: take the dose recommended by your healthcare professional. Adults, take 2 capsules once a day with breakfast. Adolescents and children (6 years and over), take 1 to 2 capsules once a day. If taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+ᴹᴰ a minimum of 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics.
