Ravintsara Organic

Ravintsara essential oil is used in aromatherapy to temporarily relieve cough associated with colds and the flu.

Originally from Asia, the Ravintsara also called Malagasy Camphor, gives an essential oil, resulting from the distillation of its leaves, whose smell reminds that of camphor. The essential oil of Ravintsara is commonly sought for its antiviral properties and also immunostimulants.

The essential oil of organic Ravinstsara is also named the oil with a thousand virtues. Antibacterial, antiviral, it is very effective in stimulating the immunity of children and adults. This oil helps heal the evils of winter such as colds, sinusitis, respiratory infections, bronchitis, pharyngites and so much. It combats pain, destroys pathogenic microbes, relieves muscle contractions, releases the respiratory tract. Ravintsara also has anxiolytic virtues and relaxes muscles in case of tension.

Posology

Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply evenly in thin layers on the chest every 8 hours up to 3 times a day. Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes up to 3 times a day.
