Oats is a multi-properties of multiple properties. It contains phosphorus, calcium, zinc, magnesium, group B vitamins, venin, proteins, carbohydrates and lipids in small quantities, it has a toning and balancing action on the nervous system. < / p>
Rich in minerals, oats is a natural soothing without being sedative.
Instructions for use:
Scaldler 5 tbsp. Table of plants with 1 liter of water, cover and infuse 10 to 15 minutes. Tumble.
DOSAGE:
Drink 2 to 4 cups a day, 4 to 6 weeks. Repeat as needed. Start with small doses to ensure plant tolerance. During long-term treatment, drink 6 days a week.
