The dietary fiber in Fiber Smart improves the body's ability to eliminate toxins and increases stool bulk. This product contains herbal ingredients that help restore the digestive tract. People take dietary fiber to reduce constipation.

However, constipation is largely due to dehydration. Nearly 95% of fiber products consist of psyllium fiber, a highly water-soluble fiber, which means it absorbs water. This can further dehydrate the colon and make constipation worse.

Fiber Smart contains flax fibers combining soluble and insoluble fibers in equal proportions. This mixture of the two types of fibers allows Fiber Smart to bind to toxins and increase their elimination without the constipating side effect caused by other fibers.
