Beige color in pale green, with a slight hazelnut flavor, our hemp flour comes from ground hemp cake on stone grinding wheel. Less greasy than the other hemp flours from the seed itself. It's a concentrate of minerals! Being from meal and not seeds, our hemp flour is not greasy. However, it keeps an excellent content of omega-3 and omega-6. Our flour is rich in fiber and protein. It is an exceptional source of minerals. In addition, it contains the eight essential amino acids in human consumption.
