When they are dry, they do not taste much, but when they are soaked, they absorb the liquid and become fleshy and sweet. They are added very well to salt and sweet meals. These tiny black beads (similar to poppy seeds) can be eaten whole, ground or tempered in a liquid (milk, water, juice). These seeds are also versatile and nutrients.
