Endemic aromatic plant of the Central Iberian Peninsula and Portugal, the Marjolaine Sylvestre is also called Thyme of Spain, Softwood or Marjoram Spanish. Small resinous tree with persistent foliage, it gives off a powerful perfume.

Use:

The essential oil of Marjolaine Sylvestre is used in aromatherapy to relieve respiratory discomfort.

DOSAGE:

Inhalation:Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of boiling water / steam unit for facials. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes, once a day.
