Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellosis, cellulose, silicon dioxide, and stearic acid (vegetal). Recommended dosage: Adults Take with food 1 capsule 3 times a day or as directed by your health professional. For beneficial results, take this product for a minimum of 1 week. Recommended Indication: 5-HTP helps promote a balanced mood. Theanine temporarily helps to promote relaxation. Panax Ginseng helps support cognitive functions and reduce mental fatigue. Precautions: Do not use if you suffer from scleroderma. Preferably prevail in the event of heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or in activities requiring mental vigilance.
