Relaxed herbal tea is a perfect blend of herbs and medicinal flowers with sedative, relaxing and soothing properties. Ideal for relaxing before going to bed. This herbal tea helps relieve nervousness as well as stress.

Ingredients:

German chamomile flower; Passiflower grass; Leaf melting; Lavender flower.

Instructions for use:

Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes, filter. Precautions / Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before making use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption in combination with alcoholic beverages or any other medicine or natural health product with sedative effects is discouraged. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
