Lemon balm herbal tea

Lemon balm is a plant known since ancient Greece and used for its benefits against stress, insomnia and overwork. It is known to have antispasmodic, antiviral, digestive properties and effectiveness against anxiety. It is used in the treatment of nervous disorders, intestinal and gastric problems. Each sachet contains 1.5 g of dried aerial parts of Melissa officinalis L. (lemon balm).

Recommended dosage (Adult):

1 sachet (1.5 g) 3 times a day as an infusion. (Infuse 1 sachet in 150 ml of boiling water for 10–15 minutes).

Duration of use:

Consult a health care practitioner if insomnia persists beyond 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).

Precautions/Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner: if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if bag is not sealed.
