Recommended dosage:
Introduce gradually over two weeks, starting with half the recommended dose in the first week, then continuing with a full dose in the second week (1/2 teaspoon (2 g) per 9 kg body weight, once a day). Mix with food. After 30 to 60 days, it may be possible to reduce the dose to half the full dose, as indicated above. < 4.5 kg: 1/4 teaspoon; 5 to 9 kg: 1/2 teaspoon; 9.5 to 18 kg: 1 teaspoon; 18 to 113 kg (maximum weight): 2 teaspoons.
