Instructions for use

Take half a teaspoon (2 g = 2.5 ml) diluted in water or juice, once a day with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner. External use:Can be used topically on the skin and hair. Keep in a cool and dry place. Keep out of the reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner before making use if you have a known immune disorder, or for use beyond 8 weeks. May cause gastrointestinal disorders. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are trying to conceive.
