This extract is used in traditional herbalist as a light sedative to help sleep and as analgesic.

Ingredients:

each ml of California poppy contains: California Poppy California Organic Flower ( eschscholzia californica )

Non-medicinal ingredient:

Organic Alcohol 39%.
Adults:40 drops, 2-3 times a day.
Consult a health practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen or if insomnia persists beyond 3 weeks. Do not combine with alcoholic beverages, drug or natural health product with sedative or analgesic effects. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Some people might feel drowsiness. Be careful if you drive heavy machinery or other motorized vehicle and other activities that require vigilance.
