Decoction-Herbal Tea Wild Chamomile

Properties

Relieve spasms and inflammations of the digestive tract, restlessness and nervous insomnia.

Use

For a decoction boil a handful of wild plant in about 12 cups of water for 10 minutes and let sit for 30 minutes for more flavor.

For an herbal tea, put a teaspoon in a cup of hot water and let stand for 7 to 8 minutes.

Ingredients

Pineapple weed, linden, calendula, green anis.
