Properties

Nettle is a general tonic for the body and contains a lot of iron. It stimulates the metabolism.

Use

For a decoction boil a handful of wild plant in about 12 cups of water for 10 minutes and let sit for 30 minutes for more flavor.

For an herbal tea, put a teaspoon in a cup of hot water and let stand for 7 to 8 minutes.

Stinging nettle, plantain, red clover, birch leaf, hibiscus.
