The birch white has many medicinal virtues. Urinary antiseptic, it is also diuretic; It serves anti-infectious, antispasmodic and healing. It attenuates the pain of osteoarthritis and allows to treat small skin conditions.

Recommended Dosage (Adults):

1 tablespoon (2 g), 3 times a day, in infusion (drink plenty of water for the duration of treatment) . Medicinal ingredient by tablespoon: 2 g dried sheet of betula pendula (birch).

Duration of use:

For occasional use only.
