Senna ( Senna Alexandrina , leaves)..........2,5 g

Oral dose

Adults: Brew 1 teabag daily.

Direction

Pour 3 cups (750 ml) of boiling water over a tea bag and let brew for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the tea bag and drink the herbal tea. At the beggining drink half cup to one cup for a few days. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Adjust the dose to a maximum of 3 cups daily. If you don't drink all the infusion, keep in the refrigerator. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or naturel health product.
