Recommended use: Curcuma is (traditionally) used in herbalist as anti-inflammatory to help relieve joint pain and to facilitate digestion.

Recommended dosage: Drink a cup three times a day.

Instructions for use: Adults:Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a bag, cover and let infuse 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to extract all benefits. Take a few hours before or after any other medicine or natural health product.
