Tisane elimination

Birch and blackcurrant are traditionally used in herbal medicine as diuretics. The SNEN is used as a stimulating laxative for the short-term relief of occasional constipation.

Medicinal Ingredients:

Each bag contains 370 mg Betula Pendula sheet (birch); 150 mg Fleurie summit of Filipendula Ulmaria (Queen of the meadows); 230 mg Glycyrrhiza Glabra root (licorice); 300 mg Nigrum Riba sheet (Cassis); 450 mg Senna Sheet Alexandrina (Séné).

Recommended dosage (adult):

Take 1 single dose (1 bag) at bedtime. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the bag and infuse 5 to 15 minutes in a covered container. Take a few hours before or following the taking of medicines or natural health products. Provide adequate fluid intake. Allocate 6 to 12 hours in order to be able to see the laxative effects. Take 2 to 3 times a week. If the desired effect is not obtained, take up to 1 dose per day.

Duration of use:

For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner if use extends beyond a week. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
