Organic peppermint tisane

Oral, peppermint is used to relieve cold, cough, inflammation of mouth and pharynx, sinusitis, fever. It is also used to calm the liver and gallbladder, irritable colon syndrome (SCI). It also serves to calm gastrointestinal top cramps and bile ducts, dyspepsia, flatulence and for tension headaches. It is also used for nausea, vomiting, morning nausea, respiratory infections, dysmenorrhea, diarrhea, small intestinal bacterial surround and as well as a stimulant.

DOSAGE:

Scalding 2 tablespoon with 1 liter of water. Cover and let infuse 10 to 15 minutes. Tumble. Drink from 1 to 4 cups a day.
