St. Joines Tisane

Used in herbal medicine to help relieve agitation and nervousness (sedative and soothing).

Medicinal Ingredient:

Each bag contains 1.5 g dried aerial portion of hypericum perforatum L. (St. John's wort).

Recommended dosage (adult):

1 sachet, 2 times a day, in infusion. Infuse 1 bag in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.

Duration of use:

Use for at least one week in order to be able to see the beneficial effects, consult a health care practitioner if the use extends beyond 18 weeks. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
