Therapeutic herbal tea Relaxation helps fight insomnia and helps reach a state of tranquility to promote good sleep. This infusion is traditionally used in herbal medicine to calm down, relax and relax.

Medicinal Ingredients:

Each bag contains 200 mg Summit (grass) of Eschscholzia Californica (California poppy), 240 mg Tilia X Europaea Fleur (Europe Tilleul), 450 mg Fleur de Matricaria Chamomilla (German Chamomile).

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Cinnamon, apple, cranberry, hibiscus flower sabdariffa, orange peel.

Recommended dosage (adult):

1 sachet (1. g), 1 to 3 times a day, in infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 150 ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
