Organic Smooth Smooth Tisane

Recommended use: for the relief of occasional constipation during the night.

Recommended dosage: For adults and children over 12 years old, unless otherwise indicated, prepare and drink a cup every night before bedtime. This herbal tea causes saddle in six to twelve hours. Consult a doctor before giving this herbal tea to a child under 12 years old.

Instructions for use: Pour 240 ml of boiling water over the bag, cover and let infuse 10 to 15 minutes. Gently press the bag to extract all the benefits.

Attention: Do not use any laxative, including this herbal tea, if you have abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting. Prolonged use may result in the dependence of the intestinal function. Do not use for more than a week, unless otherwise stated by your doctor. Laxatives, including this tea, should not be taken less than two hours before or after taking another medicine because the effect of the latter can be reduced or modified.

contraindications: If you suffer from intestinal occlusion, acute intestinal inflammation (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of Unknown origin, severe dehydration and lack of electrolytes.

Side Effects: Pain and abdominal spasms can occur in rare cases, mainly in people with irritable intestine syndrome. If this is your case, please reduce doses.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: It is advisable to consult a doctor before any medicine taking, including this herbal tea, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
