Valerian tisane

The Valerian is used for its sedative and relaxing virtues. It helps to fight against nervousness and anxiety. The Valerian promotes falling asleep without creating any addiction. It relieves muscle pain, neuralgia and spasms and lowers the blood pressure due to stress.

Medicinal Ingredient:

Each bag contains 1.5 g root / dried rhizome from Valeriana Officinalis L. (Valerian).

Recommended dosage (adult):

2 sachets twice a day, in infusion. Infuse 2 bags in 150 ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. for help-sleep: Take 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsens. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
