Manufactured according to a patented Albion process, the Trophic Calcium Magnesium chelated with natural amino acids, offers biological activity, bioavailability and superior absorption. By comparison, other compounds such as calcium gluconate, calcium citrate and calcium carbonate are poorly absorbed by small intestine, as these mineral salts should undergo a complex process of digestion and transport. This preparation helps with the formation and maintenance of bones and solid teeth, as well as metabolism, and blood coagulation, nervous transmission and the regularization of heartbeat. The signs of magnesium deficiency are:unintentional ticks and muscular contractions, cardiac arrhythmia, convulsions, epileptic seizures, tremors and adenoidal disorders.

Recommended dosage:

Adults, take 3 to 6 capsules a day or as recommended by a health professional. Take a few hours before or after taking other medicines.
