The ash puck is a plant-based alternative made from fermented Quebec sunflower seeds, crafted with high-quality ingredients.

The flavor combinations are the result of molecular research, giving it a sought-after and inimitable taste. It is characterized by a velvety and creamy texture. Coated in homemade legume ash and seasoned with black garlic, this Palet is sure to charm you. The ash comes from recycling vegetable residues from our production.

Shipping is free for all orders of $95 or more within Quebec and Ontario. Certain conditions apply.

A flat fee of $9.95* plus tax applies to all orders of $94.99 or less, as well as to orders shipped elsewhere in Canada. Certain conditions apply.

Our deliveries are handled by Canada Post, Nationex, or LivRapide.

In-store pickup is available at all times and is free of charge. Pickups are prepared from Monday to Friday.
